Transactional messages are sent because of your MatchQuest account or activity. Marketing messages also include subscription controls.
Generic template contract
The generic template is intentionally restrained so it survives inbox constraints while remaining unmistakably MatchQuest.
The first screen answers what happened, what it means, and whether action is required.
Every message has one dominant next step; secondary actions remain visually quieter.
Dates, money, refunds, deadlines, and permissions describe server state without optimistic promises.
One-sided interest stays private; sensitive links explain expiry, scope, and safe handling.
The design relies on text, borders, spacing, and one brand color—not remote imagery or decorative effects.
Unsubscribe controls appear where legally required without implying that essential account mail can be disabled.
The live post-event-like template currently reveals one-sided interest and the liker’s identity. The gallery rewrites it as a neutral feedback reminder; the production trigger and template should be changed before release.
